We offer free shipping on orders above $100.
To place an online order, simply proceed to checkout and pay. Please note that online purchases may take up to 2 business days to process fully before being prepared to ship.
*Please ensure your shipping address matches the billing address associated to your payment method. We regrettably cannot ship any orders where this address does not match or to Quebec/International addresses as they are outside of our coverage zone.
We also do not ship to PO. Boxes as we require a direct signature.
Once we receive the direct signature confirmation the order is considered complete.
What happens after I place my online order?
Our online shopping experience has three stages:

Order received
: you will get an order number.
Payment will be shown on your credit card as the funds will be set aside, but it has not yet reached Jump+

Payment received
: our payment processor has confirmed your payment. At this point the product will be removed from inventory and allocated to you.

Order shipped
: Our team has prepared your order and you will receive a second email with a tracking number. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please note: During Christmas Holiday Season, please expect delays of up to 7 business days.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
* jump+ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Shipment and Transit times differ province to province,

Shipping notification : During Covid, the individual on the order is required to receive the product
