After relocating to SJ from Ottawa this was my first visit to this store. I found the staff ( Jacob and Christian ) went beyond any service I ever received in my dealings with Mac stores across the country. Their knowledge and expertise on how to address the problem I was having with my MacBook Pro was outstanding. Took the time to go over how to to deal with the problem. Thank you guys.; much appreciated.

Great experience at Jump+Apple. Got an appt within 24 hours and Faisal had my phone cleaned and a new battery added in record time! It was $10 cheaper than the Apple store although I didn’t know this when I booked. It feels like a nice personalized family type business. I would definitely recommend to others.

The store is great and the staff helpful. I needed a battery replaced for my iPhone and booked an appointment ( The battery setting on the phone said service - when I clicked on options the phone linked me to the Apple Repair site which had Jump+ rated the highest for stores near me and let me book an appointment with just one click. Unfortunately the first time I showed it turned out that the wait time would be 3 hours - and I can't be 3 hours without my phone! They booked me an new appointment immediately and serviced the phone within 1 hour when I showed up for the new appointment. They did mention that the standard wait time for any appointment is 3 hours. The manager was courteous , understanding and helpful as was Milad, the service representative/technician who actually did the work.
