1. Apple Intelligence will be available in beta on iPad mini (A17 Pro) and iPad models with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as an iPadOS 18 update October 2024. Canadian English support available December 2024. Some features and support for additional languages, like French, Japanese, Spanish and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
2. The display has rounded corners. When measured diagonally as a rectangle, the 8.3-inch iPad mini is 8.3 inches. Actual viewable area is less.
